Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
This Statement of Terms of Service and Privacy policy applies to saitunes.org (collectively called the "site") and governs data collection and usage. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Use of Cookies & Collection of your Personal Information
The site does not collect any personally identifiable information unless as stated below.
When users use certain features such as Favorites or Report an Issue, they may need to sign in using Google. This provides us with their email address, which is used solely to identify the user for these features.
To make it easier for users to use the above features on a regular basis, the site may store authentication information within the browser's local storage, or as a cookie. This information is held within the user's browser and is not available to any other site.
Users have the ability to prevent local storage / cookie using their browser's settings. If so, users might experience a slight loss in functionality.
The site secures information exchanged between the browser and the backend servers by using industry standard SSL encryption to encrypt data.
Performance and Error Monitoring
To keep the site fast and reliable, we use Amazon CloudWatch RUM (Real User Monitoring), a service provided by Amazon Web Services. When you visit the site, it records anonymous technical information about your visit, such as:
- which pages were loaded and how long they took to load;
- errors that occurred in the page, and requests to our servers that failed;
- your browser and device type;
- your approximate location (country and region).
This information is not linked to your name or email address, and is used only to find and fix problems with the site. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and it is not used for advertising or shared with anyone else. The data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
E-mail Communications
The site may send confirmation emails when users use certain functions such as Report an Issue. No unsolicited communication would be sent by the site.
Information Sharing with Third Parties
The site does not share data, sell, rent or lease information to third parties. We use service providers to run the site, such as Amazon Web Services for hosting and monitoring, and they process data only on our behalf. No advertisements or sponsored content will be displayed within the site.
Cookie Consent Banner
This site does not display a cookie consent banner. Under GDPR and similar privacy regulations, cookie consent is only required for non-essential cookies used for tracking, analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes.
This site only uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication purposes when users voluntarily sign in to use features like Favorites or Report an Issue. These cookies are essential for the functionality the user has explicitly requested and do not require consent under privacy regulations.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks or third-party marketing tools. Our performance monitoring (described above) does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You can view your account information by signing in with your Google account.
- Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, we will delete your email address and any associated data (such as favorites) from our systems.
